Entry-Level Dietitian in Faroe Islands

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic entry-level Dietitian to join our team in Faroe Islands. As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing nutrition therapy for patients with various medical conditions. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide individualized nutrition plans and education for patients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
- Biometric passport
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Faroese language preferred)
- Ability to work full time without experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutrition assessments for patients with different health conditions
- Develop individualized nutrition plans based on patient's needs and medical history
- Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans accordingly
- Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Stay up-to-date with current research and developments in the field of dietetics
