Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Wiltz. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Train clients on how to use computer systems and software
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of various operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, and Linux
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
- Experience with hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Wiltz. Preference will be given to candidates who are Egyptian nationals.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is not required for this position.

Experience Required:
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role is required for this job.

Other Requirements:
Candidates must have a biometric passport for travel purposes.
