Computer Support Specialist in Wiltz, Luxembourg

We are hiring a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with computer hardware, software and network related issues. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and be able to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner. This is a contract position that offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, accommodation, and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network related issues
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals and software
- Set up user accounts and permissions
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
- Train clients on how to use new technology or software
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex problems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Good time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer or Remote Desktop Connection
- Knowledge of basic programming languages such as C++, Java or Python
