Experienced Baker (Indian Cuisine)

A well-established bakery in Sofia is seeking an experienced Baker with a preference for Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and be familiar with traditional Indian baking techniques and recipes. The ability to speak English is required for communication with customers and team members. This will be a contract position with a starting salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various Indian breads, pastries, and desserts according to traditional recipes
- Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and ingredient measurements to ensure quality products
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ingredients, placing orders as needed
- Assist with creating new menu items and adapting recipes for dietary restrictions or preferences
- Communicate effectively with customers to take orders and provide information on products
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the bakery

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker, preferably with knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Strong skills in traditional Indian baking techniques and recipes
- Fluency in English for communication purposes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills to meet production deadlines
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed
