Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and operations. This position requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of restaurant operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a similar role and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Create schedules for staff, taking into account peak hours and business needs.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.
- Collaborate with the chef to create menus that meet customer preferences and market trends.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Preference will be given to candidates who are Indians or Canadians currently residing in the city of Bansko. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate.
