Machine Operator for Manufacturing Company in Utena, Philippines

A manufacturing company in Utena is seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join their team. This position is open to Filipino nationals with or without experience. The ideal candidate should possess a biometric passport and be able to work without accommodation. This role is open to both men and women.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines used in the production process. You will also inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as needed.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in machine operation is preferred but not required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machines safely and efficiently
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running smoothly
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products
- Make adjustments to machines as needed
- Perform basic maintenance on machines
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Filipino national with valid biometric passport
- Ability to work without accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in machine operation preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and tools
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
