Indian Restaurant Manager in Eschen, Liechtenstein


We are hiring an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and profitable operations through effective management of staff, inventory, and customer service. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering quality food and service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Create and maintain employee schedules and manage payroll
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor food quality to ensure consistency and adherence to recipes
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, culture, and customs
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team towards a common goal
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month plus tips. Visa sponsorship is available for non-residents.

Location:
