We are in search of a highly motivated and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Eschen. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and staff management. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including hiring and training staff, creating work schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any complaints or issues that may arise
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and maintain proper stock levels to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
- Create menus and work with chefs to develop new dishes that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, controlling expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures when necessary
- Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
