Indian Administrator in Plovdiv
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrator to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As an Indian Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing company records, managing schedules and appointments, and providing general administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of company documents
- Managing schedules and appointments for team members
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assisting with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Assisting with travel arrangements for team members
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (no Bulgarian required)
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with visa sponsorship preferred
Salary: 1000$
