We are hiring a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Ashdod. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, structures, and furniture. Your primary task will be to prepare the surfaces by cleaning and sanding them, choosing and mixing paints, and applying them using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, or spraying. You should have an eye for detail, knowledge of color combinations, and the ability to work with a variety of tools and materials. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in painting residential or commercial properties. Knowledge of different types of paints and their application methods is preferred. This position offers a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes or cracks
- Choose appropriate paint colors and mix them to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers or sprayers in an efficient manner
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on all surfaces
- Repair any imperfections or damages on painted surfaces
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary painting supplies
- Follow safety protocols while working with hazardous materials

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a painter in residential or commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of color combinations and application techniques
- Proficient in using various tools such as brushes, rollers, sprayers etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina to work on ladders or scaffolding for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Time management skills

Preferred:
- Knowledge of different types of paints (e.g. oil-based, latex)
and their application methods (e.g. spray gun)
- Experience in preparing surfaces (e.g. sanding, priming)
