Data Analyst


We are hiring a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Utena. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends, and provide insights that drive business decisions. Your role will involve working closely with various departments to understand their data needs and deliver actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities:
- Collect data from various sources and ensure its accuracy and completeness
- Organize data into meaningful formats for analysis
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and identify patterns and trends
- Create visualizations and dashboards to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs
- Develop reports to track key metrics and provide insights for decision-making
- Identify areas for improvement in data collection processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in using statistical analysis tools such as SQL, Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex data findings
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights from data analysis

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Utena (this position is open to all nationalities)
