Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Utena. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analytics and be able to use various tools and techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets. They should also have excellent communication skills to effectively present their findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets using data analytics software
- Develop and implement data models and algorithms to identify patterns and trends
- Create visualizations and dashboards to present data insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of existing systems and recommend improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in data analytics techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in SQL, Python/R, Excel, Tableau or other data analysis tools
- Familiarity with database management systems (DBMS) and ETL (extract, transform, load) processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms is a plus

Salary: $1500 per month
Location: Utena
