We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours as our business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to specifications
- Ensure proper wiring and connections are made
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work site

Requirements:
- Previous experience in solar installation is required
- Must have own transportation to travel to job sites
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds

Compensation:
