We are a busy manufacturing company in Malindi seeking a skilled and experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the production process and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for each job
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the production process
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of machining principles
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Attention to detail and precision
- Good communication skills
