Part-Time Office Assistant in Multan, Pakistan


We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks and providing support to the office staff. This is an ideal opportunity for students looking for flexible work hours.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct location
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring they are well-stocked
- Coordinating with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Providing assistance to other office staff when needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required (current students are welcome)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
This is a part-time position paying 1700$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Multan, Pakistan. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport.

Note: This job does not include accommodation. Local candidates preferred.
