We are searching for a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a high-end fine dining restaurant in Khanpur. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create innovative menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and meet the expectations of our guests
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to high-quality standards and presented beautifully
- Manage inventory and control food costs by creating efficient ordering and storage systems
- Train and lead kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity, quality, and hygiene
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
- Collaborate with other departments such as front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continually enhance the restaurant's offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating unique dishes using fresh ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
