Restaurant Manager in Herning, Denmark
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Herning, Denmark. Our ideal candidate is a leader with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive work environment for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, ordering supplies, and inventory management
- Hire, train, and schedule staff according to business needs
- Create and maintain a positive and efficient work environment for employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Manage budgets and financial planning to ensure profitability
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving business goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to obtain a visa to work in Denmark if not already authorized to do so
