Job Title: Part-Time Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Herning. As a Part-Time Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and providing ongoing support and feedback
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience at our restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage areas
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure food quality and safety standards are met
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall performance of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong customer service focus with exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and experience with inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
