Loader Supervisor


We are hiring a Loader Supervisor to oversee the loading and unloading of goods at our warehouse in Mecca. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of loaders and ensuring that all loading operations are carried out efficiently and safely. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in warehouse management and a strong understanding of loading procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of loaders and assign tasks based on workload and skills
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety protocols
- Ensure that all goods are loaded onto trucks or containers in a timely manner
- Monitor the quality of loaded goods to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain accurate records of loaded goods and report any discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate loading schedules and prioritize urgent shipments
- Conduct regular inspections of loading equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
- Implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries during loading operations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during loading operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Loader or similar role in a warehouse setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Good understanding of loading procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
Salary for this role is 1000$ per month.
