Sales Representative
We are hiring a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products or services to potential customers. Your main objective will be to increase sales and contribute to the overall growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with current and potential customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to showcase our products/services
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products/services
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative (experience in the same industry is preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to build rapport with customers
- Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month plus commission on sales. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.
