Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Malindi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on quality, budget, and timeline. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. You must have excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and ensure the successful completion of projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Candidates must be fluent in English and possess their own valid work visa for Malindi. Prior experience in construction management is preferred but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in the construction industry in Malindi.
