Part-Time Office Manager in Gujrat
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part-Time Office Manager to join our team in Gujrat. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1800$.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, procedures, and policies
- Manage all administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for employees
- Keep track of expenses and process invoices for payment
- Organize office events and meetings as required
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations of the office
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
