Mason - Manama

We are in need of a skilled Mason to join our construction team in Manama. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing various structures using different types of materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, and stone. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto surfaces using hand or power tools
- Lay bricks, concrete blocks, or other types of masonry units in patterns according to plans
- Align structures vertically and horizontally using plumb bob, levels, or other tools
- Cut or shape materials to fit into specific spaces using hand or power tools
- Fill cavities or joints between masonry units with mortar or grout
- Clean excess mortar from surfaces after construction is complete
- Repair any damaged masonry work on existing structures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason preferably in the construction industry
- Experience working with different types of materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, and stone
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Familiarity with construction safety guidelines and procedures
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise work
