We are hiring a skilled Seamstress to join our team in Osijek. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for creating high-quality garments and ensuring that they meet the specifications of our clients. You will work closely with our design team to bring their vision to life and ensure that each piece is crafted with precision and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have experience in garment construction, pattern making, and alterations. Proficiency in sewing techniques and working with different fabrics is also required. In addition, strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret design sketches or patterns
- Cut, sew, and assemble garments according to specifications
- Perform alterations as needed
- Ensure quality control of finished products
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role
- Proficient in garment construction, pattern making, and alterations
- Familiarity with different fabrics and sewing techniques
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Croatian proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: $1300 per month.
