Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Izhevsk. You will be in charge of planning, organizing, and coordinating all construction activities, from the initial design phase to the final completion and handover of the project. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to develop project plans and timelines
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Prepare project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the construction process
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
- Ensure that projects are completed within the established timeline and budget while maintaining high-quality standards
- Continuously assess project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
- Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of professionals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders including clients, contractors, subcontractors, etc.
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Russian is required; knowledge of English is an advantage
