Construction Manager - Indian Nationality (Contract Position)


We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Izhevsk. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire process from planning to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Review project plans and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project.
- Supervise construction teams on site to ensure work is being carried out according to plans.
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Prepare regular progress reports for management.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication skills in English.

Salary: 1100$ per month (tax-free) + benefits.
