Rental Agent (Indian Nationals)



We are a rental company based in Mombasa and we are currently seeking an Indian national to join our team as a Rental Agent. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their rental needs
- Provide information on available rental options, rates, and terms
- Process rental agreements and collect payments
- Inspect vehicles before and after rentals to ensure they are in good condition
- Address customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of rentals, payments, and reservations
- Promote additional services or upgrades to customers when appropriate

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with an English speaking proficiency
- No prior experience required as training will be provided
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel purposes
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
