Rental Agent - Mombasa, Kenya


As a Rental Agent for our company in Mombasa, Kenya, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs and ensuring a positive experience. This position is specifically open to Filipinos who are fluent in English and hold a biometric passport.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with selecting the appropriate rental vehicle for their needs
- Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently
- Collect payments and issue receipts
- Inspect vehicles for damage before and after rentals
- Coordinate with maintenance team for any vehicle issues or repairs
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Must hold a valid biometric passport from the Philippines
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
