Facade Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in Faro. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, and we offer free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and planning the layout of building facades
- Selecting appropriate materials for construction based on durability, aesthetic appeal, and budget
- Supervising the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to design plans
- Conducting regular maintenance checks to identify any issues and make necessary repairs
- Keeping updated on industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facade Specialist or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of facade design principles, materials, and construction techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good physical stamina for working at heights

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Previous experience working in a similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
