Experienced Barista in Copenhagen, Denmark


We are a busy coffee shop located in the heart of Copenhagen and we are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to our standards
- Ensure the quality of each drink is consistent and meets customer expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests with a friendly smile and answering any questions they may have about our menu
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including keeping the espresso machine, grinder, and other equipment clean and in good working condition
- Take orders from customers, process payments accurately, and handle cash responsibly
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced coffee shop or restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of different types of coffee drinks, brewing techniques, latte art, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment while also being able to work independently when needed
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, we also provide accommodation for our employees.
