Welcome to our team, if you have:
Hard skills:
- Foreign language: English, Russian — Advanced is a must.
- At least two year of experience in Sales or related to Sales functions.
- Orientation on result.
- Analytical thinking.
- Ability to find and analyze information from the market.
Soft skills:
- Orientation on the client.
- Team work and cooperation.
Job tasks:
- Implement company strategy on the markets.
- Develop sales in the region/ on the territory.
- Ensure monthly and annual sell-in targets for the region/ territory.
- Plan and forecast volume for existing clients.
- Participate in big beauty Events to promote company on new markets.
- Business trips.
