Loader Operator


We are currently hiring for a Loader Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment and machinery to load and transport materials in a safe and efficient manner. This position is open to Malayalees, English-speaking individuals, and does not include accommodation. Women are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader equipment to load and transport materials such as sand, gravel, or construction debris
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and perform basic maintenance as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Communicate with site supervisors to coordinate loading schedules
- Ensure materials are loaded accurately and efficiently
- Monitor material levels and refill as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery, preferably loaders
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Additional Information:
- Salary: $1800 per month
- Location: Al-Kuwait (no accommodation provided)
