CNC Operator

We are a manufacturing company based in Zagreb currently seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and instruments. This role requires proficiency in programming and operating CNC machinery, as well as strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece
- Set up machines according to specifications and program instructions
- Load raw materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot issues with machines or programs as needed
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Experience with Fanuc or Siemens controls preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
