As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures in the city of Izhevsk. Your duties will include conducting research on the history of the buildings, assessing their condition, and developing plans for their preservation and restoration. You will also work closely with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that preservation work is carried out according to appropriate standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on the history of historic buildings in Izhevsk
- Assess the condition of historic structures to determine necessary preservation work
- Develop plans for preserving and restoring historic buildings
- Coordinate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to carry out preservation work
- Ensure that all preservation work adheres to appropriate standards and regulations
- Monitor progress of preservation projects and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits for preservation work
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Preservation Architect or similar role
- Knowledge of architectural history, materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Familiarity with conservation principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Malayalam is a plus)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
