Senior Architect - Design and Build (Copenhagen, Denmark)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month and visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development process for new construction projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals that meet their requirements
- Supervise a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, techniques, materials, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors
- Ability to work independently as well as lead a team towards project completion
- Knowledge of Danish building codes is preferred but not required
