IT Support Technician


We are a leading technology company in Sheduva, currently seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team. This position is specifically suitable for Indian nationals with no English language requirement and without prior experience. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and internal teams. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and maintaining network systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of computer systems and be able to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot problems reported by clients or internal teams
- Set up new equipment such as computers, printers, and servers
- Install software updates and patches
- Maintain network systems including routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Communicate technical solutions to non-technical individuals

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with no English language requirement
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in both English and local language

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
