Senior Architectural Designer


We are a leading architectural firm based in Mauren, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural design, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various architectural projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to develop innovative and functional designs
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using relevant software programs
- Conduct site visits to ensure design objectives are met and provide guidance to junior designers
- Oversee budgeting and scheduling for projects, ensuring timely delivery within allocated resources
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, materials, and systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present ideas to clients and team members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
$1600 per month

Mauren

Indian nationality preferred but not required.
