Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans and delegate tasks to team members based on their strengths and expertise
- Monitor team progress and provide regular updates to upper management
- Communicate project goals, timelines, and expectations to team members
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget constraints
- Identify any issues or roadblocks and work with the team to find solutions
- Provide performance evaluations and feedback to team members
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and innovation

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to both upper management and team members
- Experience in project management with the ability to plan, delegate, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in time management with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
