Surveyor - Land Surveying Specialist (Sharjah, UAE)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for various construction projects. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using surveying equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features
- Use surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser levels to collect accurate data
- Analyze collected data and create maps, charts, and reports for clients
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate positioning of structures
- Inspect construction sites to ensure that projects align with survey plans
- Keep accurate records of survey data and update maps as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surveyor in land surveying
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must have own visa (non-sponsored)
- Fluent in English

Salary: 1000$ per month
