Job Title: Industrial Architect - Lisbon



As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, structures, and facilities. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of building regulations, construction methods, and materials. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed designs for industrial buildings and structures based on client requirements
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for design development
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and project managers to develop integrated solutions
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Make modifications or adjustments to designs as needed to address unexpected challenges or changes in project requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1000 per month (with accommodation)

Location: Lisbon (Open to all nationalities)
