Radio Technician

We are seeking a skilled Radio Technician to join our team in Wiltz. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment and systems. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, performing regular maintenance checks, and conducting repairs as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in radio technology and strong technical skills. Fluency in Nepali is preferred, but not required. This is a contract position with accommodation provided. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. They should also have strong communication skills and be able to explain technical information to non-technical individuals. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair radio equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment
- Keep detailed records of work performed and any issues encountered
- Communicate with team members and clients regarding project updates
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and industry trends
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in radio technology or related field
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in Nepali preferred but not required
