Job Title: Sales Manager - Malindi
We are in search of a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Malindi. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. Your main objective will be to increase revenue and meet sales targets while building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to tailor sales approach accordingly
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
- Lead the sales team by setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support
- Prepare detailed sales reports for management, highlighting progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the African market
- Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Valid biometric passport for international travel
