Hotel Sales Manager


Our 5-star luxury hotel in Muscat is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our hotel's services and facilities, and overseeing the sales process.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and relationship building
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, front office, and events to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Create and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the hotel
- Train and manage the sales team to achieve targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Muscat, Oman. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Oman.

Nationality Preference:
We are looking for candidates who are Egyptian nationals.

English Requirement:
Proficiency in English is required for this position as it involves communicating with international clients.

Part-time Availability:
This is a full-time position; however, we may consider part-time availability for exceptional candidates.

Passport Requirement:
Applicants must possess a valid biometric passport for international travel.
