Fitness Coach


We are hiring a passionate and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at a well-established gym in Salalah. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and abilities. You will also provide guidance and support to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to understand clients' fitness levels, goals, and any health concerns
- Develop personalized fitness programs tailored to individual clients' needs
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to clients
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their programs
- Provide motivation and support to help clients stay on track with their fitness journey
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and overall wellness
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach
- Certified in personal training or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate others
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus

Salary: $1100 per month (tax-free) with potential for bonuses based on performance.

Location: Salalah, Oman. We welcome applications from all nationalities. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.
