Office Assistant - Indian Candidates (Kaunas, Lithuania)


We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our growing team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and organizing and maintaining files. This position is open to Indian candidates who are proficient in English and have a valid visa for working in Lithuania. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or taking messages
- Greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information
- Managing the office calendar and scheduling appointments
- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
- Assisting with clerical tasks such as photocopying, printing, and scanning documents
- Ordering office supplies and keeping track of inventory
- Assisting with travel arrangements for employees
- Providing general administrative support to team members as needed

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with a valid visa for working in Lithuania (sponsorship not provided)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- High school diploma or equivalent education required (college degree preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
