IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of information technology in our company. Your main goal will be to ensure that all technological systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently. You will also be required to make strategic decisions regarding technology and its impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and security of all company technology
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Manage the budget for IT expenses and make recommendations for future investments
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Provide technical support to employees in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical employees
- Problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Experience managing a team is preferred
