Equipment Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced Equipment Operator for a contract job in Alta, Canada. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of heavy equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes. A biometric passport is required for travel to the job site.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to project requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Keep accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar environment
- Valid biometric passport for travel to Canada
- Strong knowledge of equipment operation techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Physically fit and able to withstand long hours of work in varying weather conditions
