Online Consultant - Remote Contract Position in Copenhagen

We are seeking a highly skilled Online Consultant to join our team on a remote contract basis in Copenhagen. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through online channels such as email, chat, and video conferencing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to offer strategic solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Offer guidance and support on products and services offered by the company
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for any issues related to online platforms or tools
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or consulting role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using online communication tools (e.g. email, chat, video conferencing)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
