We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the restaurant, including budgeting, inventory management, and employee scheduling
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure excellent customer service
- Create and maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and promoting employee development
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for food, service, cleanliness, and hygiene
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus, order supplies, and maintain food quality
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including budgeting, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Familiarity with restaurant industry regulations regarding health and safety standards
- Customer service-oriented attitude with the ability to handle complaints professionally
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
