Contract Architecture Manager in Herning, Denmark



We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Herning, Denmark on a contract basis. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects within our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement architectural designs that meet project requirements and adhere to industry standards
- Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
- Stay up-to-date with new architectural trends, techniques, and materials
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role within the construction industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for design aesthetics
- Knowledge of Danish building codes is preferred but not required
